All Legacy friction calls have a Limited Lifetime Guarantee, if something goes wrong with your call at anytime please send it back to our warehouse with a brief description of the problem, your name, address, telephone number where you can be reached (i.e. cell phone) and place of purchase, if you have a dated receipt that would be helpful too. Our Legacy personnel will then take a look at your call and determine the proper fix, either replace the call with a new one or replace what's broken etc. Legacy Game Calls will evaluate each product that is returned to make sure that the call has not been abused or miss handled which will void the Limited Lifetime Guarantee.
